As a Core Fiber customer, you're assigned a Core Advocate. That means when you call, email, or text you get the same person – not a nameless call center agent. From your advocate to technician and even technical support, real people are in your corner.

But Why Change the Name?

We chose the name Thrive Broadband nine years ago when the term "broadband" was synonymous with internet service. Since then, it has become much less popular. Fiber, however, is now more understood than ever. We interviewed some of our customers and surveyed the public and they told us a name with "fiber" in it was more clear – and we're all about clarity and simplicity.

So, Core Fiber was born. A fiber internet brand who puts customers at the center of everything we do – internet built around you.

Will my internet plan change?

No, your internet plan will stay the same. No action is needed from your end.

How will I access my account?

You can still access your account through the Thrive Broadband billing portal. After we transition to the Core Fiber brand, the portal URL will change but your login will remain the same and we’ll forward the outgoing portal to the new one in case you have it bookmarked.

Was Thrive Broadband sold?

Thrive Broadband joined Core Fiber Partners, a group of regional internet providers, in 2023 to help fund our fiber internet construction in Farmersville, TX and Chewelah, WA. This year (2026) we and our partners decided to join forces under one brand – Core Fiber.

Will my router and other equipment still work?

Absolutely! Everything powering your home WiFi today will continue working normally.

Is Thrive Broadband still local?

Yes! Our offices in Larkspur, CO and Farmersville, TX are still open and our local staff is still here – that will not change. We are, however, expanding and now have the opportunity to serve even more communities.
