Voicemail to Email

Your Thrive Broadband Home Phone service comes with optional Voicemail to Email. This feature allows you to receive your voicemail messages via email. Messages are attached to the email as an audio file.

When you setup Voicemail to Email, you have two configuration options:

Option 1: Deliver to email only

With this configuration, messages will only be sent to your email and will not arrive in your voice mailbox.

With the Deliver to Email Only configuration, you'll never have to worry about calling into your voicemail and deleting messages.

Option 2: Deliver to both voice mailbox and email

With this configuration, messages will be sent to your email in addition to being delivered to your voice mailbox.

Keep in mind that with this configuration, you will have to periodically access your voicemail to delete voice messages from your voice mailbox so that it doesn't fill up.
